We deliver worldwide and offer free standard delivery to most countries. A small shipping fee applies to selected destinations.

Delivery Times

Pentima pieces are prepared and packed individually with care in our small studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Most countries: free standard delivery, arriving in approximately 5–8 business days.
• Selected countries: a small shipping fee applies, with delivery taking approximately 8–12 business days.

During particularly busy periods, some orders may require a few additional days before dispatch. Thank you for your patience while we prepare your pieces with care.

We always aim to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as postal or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Every order is sent with a tracking number.

Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow its journey.
