We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and offer free standard delivery on every UK order.

Delivery Times

Pentima pieces are prepared and packed individually with care in our small studio. Please allow 3-5 working days for order preparation, followed by approximately 3-5 working days for tracked delivery.

During particularly busy periods, some orders may require a few additional days before they are dispatched. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work hard to send your order as quickly as possible.

We will always endeavour to ensure that your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as postal or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Every order is sent with a tracking number.

Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking information so that you can follow its journey.

International Delivery

At present, we only deliver within the UK. We are working towards expanding our delivery service to Europe soon and look forward to making Pentima available to more customers.
